The Cheshire Challenge is an exciting opportunity or every section in Scouting from Beaver Scouts to the Scout Fellowship to gain a special badge in 2009. Sections are invited to undertake one Challenge each month from the list set by Cheshire's team of Assistant County Commissioners and the County Scout Network Commissioner. The monthly theme is linked with the balanced programme. By taking part members can progress towards sectional badges and awards where appropriate. Those members who complete a challenge each month will gain the Cheshire Challenge badge. I do hope that you section and group will take up the Cheshire Challenge in 2009 and succeed. Record what you do as requested to enable your members to gain the special badge sponsored by the County which will be awarded at the end o 2009 and can be worn on the uniform in 2010.

CHESHIRE CHALLENGE - BADGE ORDERS 

Cheshire Challenge badges can be ordered now. The badges will be able to be collected from your local Scout Shop or will be posted out to you.

Don't forget August's challenge for all Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Explorer Scouts, Network and Fellowship was to take a photo on the theme of "Scouting in unusual places". Send the most unusual ones to you ACC or CSNC
