eDofE Comes to Cheshire!

We are now in a position to offer the eDofE system to all those young people who have signed up to do their award and have received one of the new style welcome packs.  eDofE enables the participants and leaders to follow the progress of the awards and to maintain their information in their own way.

Units offering The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award as part of their programme should continue to use the registration form available here but please ensure that the participant completes the email address field clearly and with an e-mail address that they have easy access to.

Once their application and payment has been received, they will be sent a DofE Welcome Pack, a small box containing the following information:
  • The Little Book of DofE – an overview of the DofE Programmes, showing young people what they need to do and how to get started

  • Keeping Track Booklet – to record the activities young people are doing for their award and for assessors to sign once each section is complete.  This information can also recorded on eDofE and the signed pages then uploaded for approval.

  • Assessors Cards – these are designed to give to assessors for each section, so they can see what a young person has to do and how they can help them achieve their goals.

  • Cotswold Discount Card – a handy 15% off everything DofE participants buy from Cotswold, either instore or online.

  • A username and password for the eDofE system

As with existing Record Books, these Welcome Packs will be issued for each level a Participant is registered.

Please note it is only possible for young people with the new style Welcome Pack to access eDofE.

If you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact the County DofE Advisor, Carol Frain.
